At Northland Building Supplies, we strive to offer the highest quality products, the best workmanship, and superior service, at the lowest price possible. We take pride in our products and services; we raised the industry standard and will continue to do so.

Company Profile

Northland Building Supplies, also known as Northland Truss, was established in 1987 by Jerry Dolynchuk  Our primary product was manufactured roof trusses, which the owner has nearly 20 years experience, building trusses under other company names. Garages were also our  specialty, in which the owner has nearly 17 years experience, as well as several years of experience building houses prior to entering the garage market.  

In 1999, we acquired our current location, one of the largest truss manufacturing plants in the city.  To ensure quality in our workmanship and engineering, we are also a member of the Western Wood Truss Association. We currently employ 45 staff, including 7 truss designers, and 3 garage estimators/salesmen.

We owe much of our company to the environment.  Without trees, we wouldn't get very far manufacturing wood roof trusses and because of this, try to maintain peak efficiency, while keeping environmental impact to a minimum.  We keep all our scrap lumber and sell it for miscellaneous purchases such as Christmas parties, we give all our extra tarps from lumber away for free, and all of our steel strapping from incoming materials such as lumber lifts is reused.
